AutomateWoo offers more options for reaching customers to ask feedback or encourage repeat business. You may find customers more inclined to respond to follow-ups sent at a specific time or day of week.

What's new?

AutomateWoo 5.3 now includes a new trigger, "Booking Status Modified". This trigger allows you to create workflows at critical points in the lifecycle of a booking, such as after confirmation or when the booking has been completed. Emails can be customized using information from the order and customer or the booking with new variables (booking.status/booking.cost/booking.resource).
