At the start of April, health officials in the U.S. (CDC) and Canada (Public Health Agency of Canada) updated public health recommendations and advised all people over age two to start wearing cloth face masks when out in public. Because this announcement, searches for face masks have increased by approximately 600%, getting the most sought after product on Faire.

Producers and retailers have an essential role to play
